SERVA Software is a part of SERVA Corporation a company established in 1977. SERVA Corporation is an active international manufacturing and software development organization. SERVA Corporation headquarters are in Wichita Falls, Texas, USA but has served the world with its products. SERVA Corporation is an ISO 9001 certified company. In addition it has many joint venture companies. In 2001 the first software product was marketed as TWaver but the company had active development of manufacturing software beginning in 1992. SERVA Corporation opened an office in Shanghai to serve Asian markets.

SERVA Software was established to focus a larger technical workforce on primarily software.
